PLEASE NOTE: I've been pretty busy at work lately, so can't always take every trade offer. I also have to cover my material costs which can be pretty high with letterpress (paper & plate cost), which you may need to cover. If you're not in Portland, you will have to pay for shipping.
I own a small letterpress & design studio in North Portland, and recently moved in a new (to me) house nearby. I work all the time, but it's by choice, so I'm a pretty happy person! I love the Kenton neighborhood, and can usually be found at my studio Monday-Friday and sometimes even on the weekends. My boyfriend and I live in the N. Portland neighborhood too, and spend most of our free time watching Star Trek, drinking beer, playing bar trivia, or camping.
Some of the stuff I could use help with is minor construction/painting stuff around our house, help with deep/seasonal cleaning, yard maintenance, larger yard projects (death to grass!), and maybe better signage at my studio. We also always appreciate edible goods such as pastries and really anything edible... Or drinkable. Yum.
Because I spend a lot of time on my feet at work, and doing repetitive motion-type-stuff with my arms, I'm also in desperate need of massage & all other bodywork things! Like, massage is just something that I have to consider a business expense so I don't break myself completely and have to change jobs. I also enjoy trading for things I can give as gifts to friends and family (gift certificates to haircuts etc.).
