If you've recently lost someone, and want an empathetic ear, I can be that for you. Sometimes, you don't want close family members to hear your every thought about your loss, and you may have questions best answered by someone who has been through it before. I will spend 30 minutes on the phone, or FaceTime with you, giving you practical guidance on strategies to help you cope with loss. ***Important to note, I am NOT a licensed therapist or counselor...just a person who has been there. A new friend.
My husband died suddenly 3 years ago, leaving me with 6 children, four still young and at home. I've been on quite the personal development journey over this time, wanting to have the healthiest, most positive grief experience possible. I'm not perfect, but I think I've been successful at honoring my husband's memory, and creating a life still full of joy and adventure with me and my girls.
