Reiki is an amazing way to balance your energy and your body. I use the energy from around me and course it through my hands to allow it go into your energy field and your body. So your meridian system and your chakras get grounded and balanced and this produces a state of relaxation.

The way I do it is VERY different. I see you as whole. I imagine you are this bright shining beautiful light and raise that beauty up in you so that you can operate at that all the time. If there is anything holding you back from believing this, I just increase its light and make it brighter. I fill you with love, I see you as whole and I don't look for any impurities because I don't believe you have any. I believe you think you do, and that's why you need guidance and so I raise you up to meet that expectation and it creates powerful results. The treatment is longer lasting, you will grow a lot faster, you will experience the life you want and be happy in a shorter time frame than just with basic Reiki.

Another thing I do is I have you do the work with me. For instance, if I feel someone has affected you in a negative way and they are still trying to through maybe a chord or other means, then I will repeat the mantra "you are powerful" then ask you to say "I am powerful" over and over in your head, and I will push out that energy through you embracing your power and through me as seeing you powerful. I might also have you say I have healthy boundaries or do an exercise with you to create those during the session. The options are limitless, if you have sadness in your heart, you can say "I am here with you now" while I am working on loving that sadness and it will clear out so much faster because YOU are loving yourself through it and working with me. You are doing the work! You can tell me your goals and what you would like to achieve and some of what's going on in your life and the reiki I give you will make those be a lot more achievable in a more permanent way.

Reiki is beautiful, and is very much a maintenance thing kind of like a massage, but when we meet in the middle and you start actively working through your challenges on a deep level, serious magic can happen. And that's all you deserve.
