I will teach you the basics of good cooking. Want to impress the guy or gal with more than broil chicken and Pastaroni? Do you know how to broil, braise, Brown or Baste?
Maybe you'd live to host a dinner party but can barely handle soup and grilled cheese. Whatever you need I'll help you fill it.
Perhaps you just want to move past the basic pasta, chicken, bread. Or maybe you'd like to learn to trim, down your calories use more flavor and less fat.

About Jennifer Schweichler
I own a Rare Breed Fiber and Yarn Shop. I import rare and endangered breed wool from around the world for knitting and spinning. In turn we help preserve these gorgeous sheep and the amazing shepherd'...s who love and care for them. All come from small family farms, co-op and grasslands. I love knitting, spinning, and dyeing fibers. I also am learning basic quirky embroidery. I'm also a cook and canner. I love making and baking. My jams and preserves are famous. I am know for my wine jellies, Rose jam, peach lavender jam, and Juniper-berry chutney. I sell very popular flavored salts and salt-herb blends. I tend to live my life and everything in it on both ends of the extereme. I'm hyper traditional in regard to some things and very unique in others. In some cases dislike greatly purely on the principle on conformity. I don't like it because everyone else is "so about" it I also love pressure canning. This can be a bit trickier and if not done correctly, dangerous as the risk of botulism is very, very high in non-acidic foods. That's why veggies and meats must be canned under very high pressure. Its almost like an autoclave! By trade I am a licensed veterinary nurse. I have cared for and trained just about every animal you can think of. The last 10 yrs I worked as an ER Trauma tech. So I can helpwith minor health issues, husbandry; or how to prevent problems and take the best care of your animal to begin with. I can even develop a weight loss program for your animal! Locally I specilize in pet sitting special needs pets so owners who normally would not be able to travel or leave for extends periods now have the option. I can do fluid therapy, pills, injections, rehabilitation, and exercise therapies like swimming, and resistance. I also help in training and behavior.show moreOpen to other proposals
