Consult on weightloss
I will provide a 30 min consultation on the Slow Carb Diet and similar healthy eating. Which is less of a diet and more of a healthy lifestyle change. I have, at the time of writing this description, lost 15 lbs within a month and a half time and managed to keep it off even eating not as well.
This is a consultation to learn more about how to find a balance between your body and what you put into it.
We will talk about anything you want, not limited to:
What the Diet is (if you are not already familiar with it),
What foods to eat (and not eat),
How to exercise (if at all),
The Diet Outline,
How to get through the tough bits,
When to do the Diet (seasonally, which months might be more comfortable for you, based on your food preferences i.e. hot or cold),
And Anything else you wish to talk about concerning health and fitness and the Diet.
Training & Qualifications
I have lost 15 lbs in a month and a half time and kept the weight off.
I have also learned different things about my body that I would not have figured out had I not 'cleansed' myself. Such as: What I can eat, what effects my body negatively, and what I have a slight sensitivity to.
I have managed a higher quality of life from my experiences and wish to share.
