I will pretend to be a customer for your business, either in person or online so that you can see how your customers are being treated, how your product is being packaged, how fast it is shipped, and/or how efficient the return process is. Having a secret shopper evaluate your business can really show you where you can make improvements or provide proof of great (or poor) employees.

I will provide a detailed written report with specifics you requested or even get on the phone with you to provide my evaluation.

I will go as far through the purchasing/ordering/support process as you need me to, even purchasing a product/service if that's what you require.

Sometimes this costs money. :(
If I spend money, I may need to return the product for a refund. If that's not possible (I purchased a massage or a meal, for example), I need to know ahead of time so I can decide whether I have the funds and want to spend money on your product. Or you can give me a gift certificate to use or reimburse me (although I don't require that - I'm happy to help if I can!)
