Source and produce meals according to your lifestyle and eating wishes. Meals will be provided to you in a repeatable container with suggestions on reheating. I can offer organic, pasture raised meats sourced from local farmers. You will be responsible for the grocery bills, I will do all the prep work, planning and making of the meals. I can prep meal restrictions like whole30, dairy-free, gluten-fee, soy free.
Training & Qualifications
I am an excellent home cook, we frequently eat on whole30 diet and I meal prep all my own foods. I run a coop and have regular and frequent meat delivery at my house.
