Journaling Tips for Self-Care
Perfect for those interested in self-improvement and self-love. No worries if you don't know where to begin with self-care. I'll help guide you in a method tailored to your personal goals, needs, and quirks. We'll talk in depth about your thoughts, and where you want to go. For you, this might mean journaling every day, every few days, or even a few individual times. I'm happy to provide exercises, ideas, and examples from my very own journal. I will do what works for you.
I'm open to a number of different service exchanges, but I'm most interested in promoting and improving my venture into the world of freelance art. I'm trying to improve my social media, website, fan base, etc. I'd like advice, testimonials, and/or likes. It's hard being an emerging, unknown artist; and I'd like to change that.
Training & Qualifications
I've filled dozens of journals with thoughts, ideas, lists, and stories since I was in elementary school. On average, I fill up one journal a month (maybe 200 pages or more). I've shown my innovation by coming up with countless exercises, including lists to decrease sadness, ways to increase productivity, and methods to become more self-aware. Currently, I'm compiling a book filled with these ideas. Check them out before they get published!
