I believe in services that will not lose momentum in today's society such as food service and automotives.I've worked in various kitchens ranging from short-order cook to nutritional services utilizing numerous culinary skills by day and I've worked side by side with seasoned automotive techs on several occasions as well as "hands-on" experience with vehicle diagnosis and repair by night or whenever time allowed.I plan to pursue a high performance program and then an engineering degree from the same school I currently attend.I want to open my own shop eventually but I know it takes experience, dedication, consistency and hard-work in either field.
