I can help you unravel the mysteries of been and liquor on a much deeper level than taste. I can teach you how they are made and the chemistry behind them. You will be the envy of your friends when you can explain the deepest facets of alcohol. I can also answer any questions you may have in regards to old wives tales, history, jokes, differences in brands and flavor profiles. I can also make recommendations of things to try based on you personal preferences. And for those who wish to get into the making side of things, I have numerous resources and years of prectical wisdom I can share to help guide you along the way but also keep you safe in you endeavors. But I must say I do not condone the illegal consumption of alcohol by minors and you should alwAys check your local laws before starting to make any spirit.

I have a vast knowledge of beer wine and liquor. Everything from flavor profiles to the process by which it's made, to the chemistry behind it all. I have been enjoying the process of making them all as well as a long love affair with inbibing them.
