I will assess your dietary and financial needs to create a weekly dinner plan for you and your family. We will start with a questionnaire and then move forward from there! This meal plan will take into account:
2. calorie totals
3. serving sizes
4. food allergies
5. cost/freshness efficiency
You will receive easy recipes, special instructions, an info sheet, and a grocery list.
Please note that I am not a dietician, though I do have a B.S. in Exercise Science (2011) with an emphasis in pre-medical studies. I prefer to work virtually.
