I am a strength coach -- a personal trainer focused on helping people make themselves stronger. I can teach you the major barbell lifts as well as put you on a training program that will get you the results you want. I will also advise you on nutrition, an essential component of correct and effective training.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Starting Strength Coach. The SSC title is rigorous and hard to obtain, with fewer than 10% of candidates being granted the title.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free Tuesday evenings, during the week during the middle of the day, Thursday early mornings, and Saturday mornings and early afternoons.
