Portrait painting in a modern style

I've been an artist my entire life. Portraits are my passion. I do a semi-abstract style that captures a likeness of the subject, but also a glimmer of their inner self. My work is compelling and unique, but not for everyone.
I will work with you toward a portrait that makes you happy, and proud to have hanging in your home. This may include 1-3 sessions lasting about two hours each. Minimum of 1 session, along with photos. I can also work from just photos if meeting in person is not preferable.
Training & Qualifications
20 years experience as an artist. Regular life-drawing practice keeps my skills honed.
I draw and paint all types of people. I've had a handful of commissions in 2015. Examples of my work are available prior to committing to a portrait.
