About Jane Maltby

Hi there! I'm Jane. I'm a terrible nerd. If you want help with tutoring, I have a 4.0 with all the prerequisites I've taken so far. (I say prerequisites because I don't have my associates degree, yet....) I'm trying to get into veterinary school, so hopefully that trend continues. Hey, speaking of veterinary medicine, and therefore biology, and therefore tutoring again: I'm especially good at learning things and then spouting them back to people in a way that's easily understandable. You know, when I'm not rambling to take up space. 1400 characters is a surprisingly large number of words. I can also either make or figure out how to make just about anything if given the time and materials. So far I've learned chainmailling, basic leatherwork, basic bookbinding, an absurd amount of textile arts, and a decent amount of landscaping. I can also build a deck. That's right, despite being a 21 year old lass, I'm a cool dad. I'm also really good at problem-solving, unless the problem is math. Math is hard. Whose idea was it to put those letters in there, anyway!? I'm always up for a good debate and enjoy playing devil's advocate, but I'm also a decent listener if you just need someone to listen for a while, or a third party opinion on something. Spoiler alert: that haircut probably looks great on you. It's likely you don't like it because it's new and makes your face look different.
