I will be someone you can talk to. I will honour you, respect you, and do my best to create a safe space for you to share. I am neutral. I will act as more of a reflection, paraphrasing what you say, affirming your emotion, and guiding you to a deeper understanding of yourself. This will help you be an observer of your life, to step back and gain perspective on life's many trials and celebrations!
Sessions will be 25 minutes long. The sessions would be through chatting online.
Training & Qualifications
In my life, I have always been a source of comfort and kindness to my family and friends. I have helped them through their daily struggles in a soft, supportive way. At the same time, I work with children. I am aware of the importance of establishing safe space where they can BE themselves and play and make "mistakes". This is how we grow. This is how we evolve. I intend to create that same space for you to be yourself.
