I would love to walk/hike/workout with anyone who may need motivation or a positive partner. I started my fitness journey two years ago, at 384lbs with asthma & depression. Today, I'm 248lbs, asthma free and as happy as I can be! We don't have to climb mountain (unless that's your thing lol), a stroll around a park or an hour at the gym, will surely help motivate you into taking your happiness into your own hands. I've always felt, mentally/emotionally better after a workout.
