Help you haul whatever you need hauled from one place to the other. I have a small pickup with plenty of unused bed space, and I've got the willingness to help.

I've helped friends move a lot, and one friend in particular I've helped move about five times, and I won't let him forget it. This particular service will only be available on Saturdays unfortunately. My work schedule is crazy, and Sundays I have soccer. This can be an all day moving job if it needs to be, just keep up a good mood and I'm happy.

Ideally, I don't want to use more than a tank of gas, even if this is kind of a 'happy to help' thing. A man's gotta eat.
