Teach and simplify ways to a healthier you. Not from personal experience but from years of education. You will relearn the basic movements in life, how to get the body that you want, use strength you never knew you had and be able to transfer these new skills to other dimensions of your life.
Training & Qualifications
Canadian Certified Personal Trainer with 2 years of College for Fitness & Health Promotion. I have a background in small group fitness, kettlebells, foam rolling/myofascial release/self massage, and circuit training. I have also been playing piano since I was 7 (I'm 28), and have been teaching piano since I was 20.
