I've been working in the IT industry for about a decade now. After the birth of my daughter, I decided that the corporate tech scene wasn't for me, and now I'm the owner of my own small business that provides computer and technology services and training. I have found a lot of joy in working one-on-one with people to develop their technical skills, and to help find better, more efficient ways of using their devices at work and at home. My daughter is the absolute best thing that has come into my life (although don't tell my husband that - he's a close second, I promise!) She's just shy of a year old, and is that happiest, sweetest baby that I've come across. All I want in life is to make hers better, and to give her everything she needs to thrive. Babies, man.
