My method is deeply intuitive, driven by natural insight, experience in life (under capitalism) (30 years of it!), career - with 7 years front-line Harm Reduction Work experience, and education, a graduate of George Brown Colleges Community Worker Program (SSW, non-registered), Reiki level-one certification, and an ever expanding education in spirituality and philosophy. My practice is deeply grounded in person-centred, self-empowered, present action, and I support cultivating immediate change by bringing awareness to where we may be inadvertently getting into our own way, the reasons behind this, and how we may promote healing and liberation around these fundamental truths, by promoting simple yet radical shifts.

Areas of expertise: Relationship, whether family, romantic, friendship or self, of all degrees of function; mental, physical and energetic health, including complex trauma, addiction, stress, depression, anxiety, adhd and grief, how health manifests in the body (energetic, physical, mental, spiritual) as ease or disease, and practical, energetic, spiritual and/or somatic healing practices ; substance use; career navigating and pathfinding; self discovery and exploration (including through modalities such as Astrology and especially through Human Design; grief; cultivating joy; and taking/stepping into your power!

I am a (Human Design) 6/2 Splenic Projector, Left Angle Cross of Spirit with the Channel of Talent (Gates 48-16), and Gate 61 and (Gate/gift of insight) and Gate 55 (Gate of awareness of abundant spirit within us) defined.
