i will train you on how to cook paella the traditional way. I can teach you how to do do vegetarian, sea food, chicken or any combination. I will also give you a history lesson on the dish as well as the cooking terms you use while making paella. This can be done as a private lesson with a small pan or a group lesson with a bigger pan. I have been been cooking for 14 years and a chef for 9. I have made thousands of serving of paella over the last few years. Personally one of my favorite things to cook!
