I am a Nutritarian Practitioner and have score top 1% in my vegetarian group based on S3 scanner score of 80k points. I have not gotten sick at all for last 10 yrs even under bad long winters and COVID. (Dr Fuhrman fan)for the past 3 years based on my personal/professional scientific knowledge about cancer, immunology. We believe our body's health, immunity and how it ages gracefully are composed of 80% lifestyle/micronutrients and 20% genetics.
Founding member and coach on a vegetarian lifestyle group on wechat with about 150 active members. This group compose of mostly former and current meat eaters whom are trying to minimizing the impact of our drought and addresses root causes of health related problems from our diet.
