I will give you my personal recipes, food preparation, and diet plan to keep your vegan diet electric and delicious! I get my diet plan from the Dr. Sebi diet, Ghanaian, Latina, Carribean, and Memphis southern recipes.
I will also give one on one steps to how to electrify and veganize your favorite meals.
I started this journey as an alkaline vegan January 2018. It can be tough in America when there is no access to organic non-processed foods, but I will help you reach this lifestyle on a budget.
I barely make over $20, 000 a year so far post grad from Wesleyan, but I was able to lose 50 lbs exercising, proper meal planning, and patience.
I may not have a certificate, but I have real results that didn't require me to starve myself and cut out all the things I did not need in my life.
I simply started by getting a Dr. Sebi chart and alerting my favorite meals within the list. I eat 5 to 3 meals a day with plenty protein without soy, dairy, corn, or any super processed foods.
