Have you ever met someone who is an introvert and a social butterfly simultaneously? Well, that's me! I love people, but I also love solitude. I have found a way to enjoy both in harmonious doses at the times when I crave each. I am an artistic, empath who is tuned into the needs and feelings of others and that is why I love the work that I do.

As a former early childhood, educator I used my gifts to empower children for over 15 years. Now, I impact the world as a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach and Body Image Expert with a gift for helping people of all body types to embrace body peace and self-love at any stage of life. I combine compassion and commitment to support people in developing loving relationships with their bodies at any size. By using simple strategies, mindful accountability techniques, intuitive listening, and ongoing training I facilitate the shifts in mindset and perspective that help people achieve long-term, positive changes in their relationship with their body. My Body Relationship Coaching work is centered on my personal experiences with barriers to body acceptance, and more than a decade of social and professional involvement in the emotional wellness and health education movements.
