If there is something wrong with your desktop PC or Laptop I will help you pinpoint the problem.
Please note: I will not repair your device, however I will offer suggestions to the solution. And if its possible I will provide instructions for repairing it yourself.
The diagnostic process works out in a 30 min session where I will ask you questions about the problem and give you a report on it. However there is no guarantee that the problem can be found within 30 mins, and in that case we can do multiple sessions. Communication is via simbi texting only.
I am not held responsible if you try to fix the problem on your own after talking to me and you get hurt or make the problem worse.
This service is completely free and provides benefits to you and to me, because Im an IT technician in training needing troubleshooting experience and you need a no joke, realistic answer without frauds and out of pocket expenses. Looking forward to cooperating!

I am an IT technician in training, on the way to be COMPTIA A+ certified. Other than that, I run diagnostic services on my devices as well as family and friends.
