I will teach you the fundamentals of rhythm theory with an emphasis in Arabic, Indian, or Balkan tradition, as well as some of my own practices and approaches, and how to develop an ear. I have toured the world as percussionist with many different notable acts: Rahim Al-Haj, a two time grammy nominated oud virtuoso, Ustad Amjad Alikhan, A respected Sarod maestro, Hawk and a Hacksaw, a Balkan music trio, just to name a few.
