Ignacio is defined as an agent of change focused on helping the individuals on the path to well-being.
He has a MA Ergonomics from the University of Paris X - Nanterre and a BA Psychology from the Central University of Venezuela. He is considered an expert in the adaptation of the work activity to the person in the pursuit of the balance between health, productivity, quality and costs.
With more than a thousand hours of experience in the area of psychotherapy and corporate work in companies such as Conocophillips, PepsiCo, Polar, Cable & Wireless Panamá, Cargill Meat Solutions, Glass Global and FritoLay; Ignacio is competent and has the talents to understand the relationship of the person with the work activity from an individual/organizational perspective. He is able to support individuals on finding their passion and well-being, but he also can help companies to develop strategies that empower the human capital of the organization.

El tiene un Mg. en Ergonomía de la Universidad de Paris X - Nanterre y una Lic. en Psicología de la Universidad Central de Venezuela. Se le considera como un experto en la adaptación del Trabajo al hombre para desarrollar el balance entre la salud, la productividad, la calidad y los costos.
