1-2-1 Yoga coaching session

I will offer my services to guide you through some physical and mental hygiene practices. I am currently studying the Health Science.

You will learn from me:
a) Wrong breathing patterns that we all have and how to correct them.
b) Yoga postures that can benefit your day, it doesn't matter if you decide to do them in the morning or when sat in front of a laptop.
c) Hopefully some technique to quiet your mind, which includes meditation, visualisation, mantras and breath-work

Education is a constant, as is Practice.

I am always up to date with masterclasses, workshops, and training. I qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga teacher and I mentor students on a Daoist Flow Yoga Teacher Training 2020. From the plethora of Yoga styles, I discovered one of the most beautiful journeys, “Prana Kriya Yoga”.

Discovery is always about going beyond what you think you know. No practice can be fully understood without experiencing the subtle body.

Training & Qualifications


I am qualified to teach yoga by Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga.

I completed my 390 hour Teacher Training with Triyoga London and trained in India to study the practices of Prana Kriya Yoga. I like the idea of always being a student of practice and patience and I am deeply grateful for the the wisdom my teachers have shared, share and will keep sharing with me.

I want to do the same and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling balanced and taking yoga in your everyday life.

I also specialised to teach yoga for cancer patients.

Availability & Preferences


I have flexibility but I teach different classes during the day and appointments change because of private tutions.
