Hello! My name is Ian and I have been throwing javelin for 15 years, and coaching for nearing 10 years. I have competed at the national level in the NCAA, and personally trained multiple state competetors. During my throwing career, I traveled the country competing at some of the most prestigious colligiete Invitationals, and training with some of our countries greatest. During my final 2 seasons in trained under former American javelin record holder Duncan Atwood, and assisted his coaching at Ironwood Throwers Camp.
