My name is Ian. I am a former IT helpdesk specialist.
I know how irritating it is to call tech support for anything and everything!
Working at a cellular carrier from 2005-2015, I talked to the folks who were pissed off every single day,
and became their fix it hero :D
My IT job gave me experience in every aspect of tech from wireless to gadgets to business email and applications.
Before that I did programming and computer building for fun.
Since leaving IT I've just been freelancing a variety of gigs because being a dad made the full time work schedule tricky.
I can fix just about anything from your email to your tablet or console.
I will come to you- home, office, or meet somewhere if you're mobile, so am I.
I'm great at calling the service provider if it is an internet or service issue.
I know a lot of problems like to come back, so I am very thorough and have always taken pride in my followup process.

I offer flexibility depending on severity and how much travel was needed to get it done.
I can usually fix a lot of stuff from my end to save you time and money.

flexible, nights are easier (night owl but I handle almost all working hours)
