About Hope Collett

Hey everyone! My name is Hope and I live in Georgia! I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and I feel like I'm very outgoing and friendly. I'm capable of getting along with almost every type of person. I l...ove talking to people and bonding and altogether making people laugh. I knit in my spare time because I'm an 80 year grandma in a 21 year old's body, bad hips and all. I'm a very restless person, so knitting gives me a chance to sit down and relax but still be productive. I've been knitting since 2011 and I've made hats, scarves, baby cocoons, and I even made my cat a sweater! I did Tae Kwon Do for 4 years and I loved every second of it. I loved being apart of the demonstration team and essentially show off! It's such a graceful and beautiful art but it made you strong. I loved every aspect of it. Since I don't have the funds to go back, I've recently gotten into acrobatics yoga. It's a phenomenal partner yoga that requires trust and balance. It still uses muscles and flexibility, but without breaking boards all day! If you get a chance, definitely look it up and watch videos on it. It's truly beautiful. I'm also an advocate for mental illness. As somebody who has lived with anxiety for 7 years and depression for 1 year, it is a very real thing. I spent three weeks in a psychiatric hospital because everything became overwhelming. If anybody needs a space to talk, I totally understand and I am here.show more
