Hello! I'm a mental wellness professional, a small business owner, and a Dad of one amazing artistic child and one way-too-smart dog. I specialize in helping people annihilate bad habits, addictions, and fears/phobias. I love my life work and the honored privilege to work as a cooperative teammate with my clients as they proactively master their struggles.

As a young child, I was interested in behavior, how it relates to one's environment, and the circumstances surrounding habitual outcomes. I discovered an interest in dreams and hypnosis at the age of 11. This curiosity stemmed from noticing how one can unconsciously incorporate external sounds into a dream, and how gazing into someone's eyes for long enough while having a conversation causes what I call a “tractor-beam” effect.

I also noticed body language/face micro-expressions and classified handwriting (graphology) as a generally reliable tool to help better understand someone's inner world.

Starting my adult life out, I graduated in the summer of 2006 from Bradley Technology and Trade School (manufacturing and communications academy). I then worked in the steel industry as a robot operator and automation coordinator for 2 years. I continued my education in electromechanics (the behavior of machines) at M.AT.C. and N.T.C. in the Midwest.

Machine learning was a profitable venture in my life, but my soul soon yearned to be the steward I believe is in all of us; giving back to my community and humankind as a whole. The passion soon excelled into a successful, soulful path of deep study, dedicated work, and dutiful practice.

In 2014, I then enrolled at Ashford University majoring in Alternative and Complementary Healthcare. I paid for my schooling by working in healthcare as a Program Assistant certified in first aid and medication distribution. Studying deeply, practicing sincerely, and writing many scholarly articles paid off when I was granted a well-deserved honoris causa Doctorate in Holistic Science from LADC (Spring, 2020).

Although the recognition of “Doctor” is cherished and appreciated, I do not wish to let the title interfere with the progression of seeing clients succeed in wellness.

I emphasize my strong belief that the person will always know themselves better than the doctor ever will on a deeper level, even if just on a subconscious level.
I have a dream of seeing everyone as a doctor unto themselves and for the ones we love.
