Contacted her at 4 minutes past her appointment, then again at 10 minutes past. She only came on Simbi at that time. She did not enter the chat room... which she had been given in several emails and there is a link to. Company policy is cancelling at 10 minutes past because this is an active therapy practice. This is also industry standard. Her session would be running into my paid sessions and would cause difficulties. show more
