I will listen to you. Depending upon your needs I will offer you support, socratic feedback, simple feedback, or simply a listening ear for your feelings, emotions and secrets.
Sometimes it's just nice to have someone listen to you, not as a spectator, but as a friend- or at the very least someone that cares enough about you to not make the conversation about themselves. I am open, honest, and helping people come to terms with their needs, their true selves is my goal. I am adept at understanding what a person is trying to say, past their word choices (semantic noise).
When I see a person that's lost, sad, or just pent up; I want to help, but I don't always have the time to invest that kind of energy.
You can talk to me on the car ride home, on your walk, while you are making breakfast, or while you're doing you.
Training & Qualifications
What qualifies a person as a good listener?
What I can say is that when someone is talking to me, even in the most uncomfortable situations, I listen. I make an effort to understand your needs situation, and circumstances. Secrets, venting, or general life, I am good at leaving a person with feelings of acceptance, understanding and direction.
Availability & Preferences
In the evenings ( my state has both central and eastern time) from 6pm to 8pm. My availability is negotiable.
