I will guide you through a one-hour yoga sequence over video chat or in-person (Richland, WA or Yakima, WA ONLY or by arrangement). During your hour I will be happy to focus on specific poses or answer questions to help you improve your yoga practice. I can teach Vinyasa, Hatha, or Yin styles. I enjoy strength-focused yoga and would be delighted to give you tips on how to work on arm balances or headstands! I can also provide you with a Spotify playlist to create a peaceful atmosphere. I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over 7 years of experience with yoga, and 1 year of experience as an instructor. My goal is to help you feel calm and connected during the session. Prior to the session please let me know what your goals are so I can create a sequence and plan to best suit your needs.
Training & Qualifications
I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. I discovered yoga in my late teens and used it as a cross-training discipline for competitive swimming. A few years later I became a certified instructor and have enjoyed sharing yoga with others ever since.
