I will walk you through the basics of art. What is it? Why do you want to do it? How do you get started? And even, Why am I doing this in the first place? If you want a specific medium addressed I can do that as well in one on one classes, this is a more general guide to the land of art and it's practical philosophy. Ask me your questions, even the ones you think might be silly and I will happily answer what the hell is abstraction for anyway? Can my three year old really duplicate the thing I saw in the museum and if they can then why is it important? I'm open to any learning style, and happy to talk, present a slide show, give you written material, or if you live locally meet up for a hands on discussion or lecture.
Training & Qualifications
I am a graduate of the Oregon College of Art and Craft and I hold BFA in Classical Painting and Drawing with a minor in Textiles and mixed media. I also have previous experience in Adult education and private tutoring.
Availability & Preferences
Digitally any time. In person afternoons evenings or late nights. Not A Morning Person.
