Exercising to pop music and releasing your exciting energy! Working out with music is obviously more and more popular now a days and if you have a lot of energy you need to get out with feel good/uplifting pop music, you no longer need to look further! After 30 minutes with me, not only will you feel your heart-pumping, but your body and mind will be rocking during and settled after the session. I am very open about what I offer and if there are any concerns during or after the session, I am happy to take time with you and go over how your experience went, and what can be improved from my end for next time. My ultimate goal is to provide a comfortable experience for all of you who can use the exercise in a fun and exciting way and hopefully we will accomplish this goal with passion and energy!
Training & Qualifications
I am a singer/songwriter/workout dancer/basketball coach/student of history. I specialize in energy output through music, dance and exercise. While most of my workout experience comes from the basketball court, I have found a very productive and fun exercise regiment through using pop music and dance.
