My name is Harmony and I am an independent musician and film maker from Vancouver, BC. I have a lot of different skills and am happy to have found an avenue to trade these skills with others! Mainly..., I am a musician and film maker. Though, I usually work creating things for other people. Musically, I am a self taught player and usually play a range of different styles. I have played in many bands and in the future I hope to create a new band that fuses traditional theories, styles and modes into something extremely unique, danceable, hypnotic and completely unusual. In terms of film, I have been working on my first short artsy film while working professionally producing videos, title animations and projection art for various events, festivals and organizations. I am hoping that through this website I will find other creators who could potentially become long-term collaborators. (Ex. I make you a music video, you record some of my music. Etc.) We all want to make a living doing what we love, but as artists we often get stuck and are unable to do everything alone. That is why I am excited to find a place where money is taken out of it and us artists and thinkers have a place to trade skills instead.
