I have dealt with sporadic episodes of social anxiety personally as well as general anxiety that has left me feeling isolated at time and if I may offer a helping hand to anyone experiencing these feelings that would be amazing. Most importantly I would like to add, that though as humans we all face anxiety some of us are much more impacted by it. I would say that my social life was the most affected so I would like to share some of my personal practices that have greatly improve my life in return.
