We will begin by talking about your relationship to your sexuality and anything you want to focus on specifically in the session. I will then offer exercises/meditations, expert resources, and/or herbal remedies as related to your focuses. This work does not operate on a gender and/or sexual binary and is accessible to folks of all identities and genitalia.
Training & Qualifications
I have studied and been trained in Mantak Chia's system of Healing Tao and Internal Alchemy.
