I will message you personally each morning with a daily challenge to help you kick-start your weight loss.
These could be as simple as drinking water or as difficult as 50 jumping jacks. Very simple and doable goals to keep you feeling motivated and learning how to sneak in those little victories.

I am a former personal trainer, and have a decent amount of knowledge in regards to what your body needs to be healthy.
