Private Cooking Lesson

I will come to your kitchen, within 10 miles of Key West, Florida, and teach you how to prepare an entree, carb side dish, and veg side dish. You pick the protein, starch, and vegetable, and supply the major/pantry ingredients. I'll provide specialty ingredients and any cookware/utensils you lack for use during the lesson. Lesson includes phone consultation beforehand to discuss what you'd like to learn to cook (and any food allergies), and 1-3 hours of private instruction. I can also instruct you and your significant other as a couple, if you'd like to do something different for date night! If you're not in the Lower Keys I can also instruct via speakerphone.
Training & Qualifications
I am a consumate foodie and a lifelong educator, and love transforming fresh ingredients of the highest quality into meals from the heart. The only reason I am not pursuing a career in the culinary arts is because my health does not allow me to stand long enough to work a whole service shift.
