I can coach you through stretching, contortion, and/or hand balancing exercises.
Beginning with a quick warm up, we can determine what it is you want to work on during the session or what the end-goal is. This may just be to have a wider repertoire of gym exercises or improve your flexibility for dance, or get really flexible just as a hobby.
Training & Qualifications
Gymnastics and Aerial Arts performer and Coach, have been working for three years now as an aerial arts coach and performer. I've competed internationally in US Aerial Championships under Lyra.
Availability & Preferences
weekends, but with enough of a heads up we can work something out.
