1 For many years I have dreamt about having the money to start my own non profit similar to the Simbi community. A place where people could go & trade on their skills for services or financial help in tough times. I was so pleased to see that someone had managed to put something similar into reality.
About Gail Scott
First and foremost I love my family! I have 3 children, 2 adult boys and a 13 yr Old daughter. I then gained an adult step daughter when I remarried and was delighted to bring her into our family circ...le. It has always been important to me to raise my children to be kind and thoughtful and to contribute to the world in a positive way. I am a very creative person and love learning new skills and putting them to use. But it has become my passion to "save" items from the landfill by recycling and repurposing them to give them new life. When I work on a project I aim for 90% recycled materials. When my husband lost his job 2 years ago I took my creative passion to the next level and it became a source of income for our family. I stage homes during the day and spend my nights and weekends working on projects. show more
