Dancer ISO Anatomical knowledge
Hi! I'm a belly dance performer and instructor. I don't have any formal training in anatomy / kinesiology, but I've gathered some basic knowledge from the internet. I like to understand why things move the way they do and I also want to be teaching and moving in ways that are safe and smart, so I would like to find someone who would be available to periodically answer questions like "which muscle makes my body move that way?" "are there any stretches that target this specific muscle group?" "is this movement safe for all bodies?" "do you know of any exercises that would strengthen ___"
This would likely be an ongoing arrangement.
If you are willing to help with this you can expect that I'll be sending you a video and/or a question once every couple of months or so - so it won't be an overwhelming, all-the-time, kind of thing. It will be something of a consult position.
