I am a young Engineer looking to thrive and overachieve in my field of work by focusing on efficiency. I always knew I wanted to work in scientific research of some sort. I have attained a Bachelor's ...degree in Civil Engineering from the Université Laval in Quebec city, Quebec, Canada. I have been employed by Command Alkon since March 2016 when they acquired IBB Rheology. During this time, I have been responsible for research and development in the fields of concrete, logistics, electronics and hardware/software. I also provide product installation and training at an international level, as well as remote customer assistance, addressing any technical problem and providing proper analysis and diagnostic solutions. From May 2013 through March 2016, I was hired by IBB Rheology in Quebec in the position of R&D and Business Development. I was responsible for providing remote international technical assistance and maintenance. I was also providing client service, along with database analysis and resolving technical problems through analysis and diagnostic tests. I also conducted research and development in the fields of concrete, logistics, electronics and hardware/software. Furthermore, I was responsible for marketing strategies and presentations. From May 2013 through September 2013, I was employed by Unibeton Ready Mix in Qatar and United Arab Emirates as a Research Engineer. In this role, I ensured proper maintenance of the prototype probes which measure the physical and rheological properties of the fresh concrete in transporter-mixers. I analyzed, diagnosed and fixed problems encountered with the probes and kept them up to date. I made note of the results given by the probes and compared them with the results of standardized tests.
