Training & Qualifications
I have been meditating every day for over a year.
In this time I have experimented with over 12 different
meditation techniques, and have guided many friends
through their own meditations.
I have dedicated meditation twice a day for up to 20 minutes,
and I maintain a meditative state all through out the day.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free on Mondays and Tuesdays, or anytime before 2pm Pacific Time.
