I will help you find and develop the meditation technique that works for you,
and then guide you through success.

If you're curious as to why you would want to start meditating, there are many,
many benefits. Meditation does the following:
-Reduces anxiety
-Reduces depression
-Improves focus
-Improves your immune system
-Improves your memory recall
-Reduces blood pressure
-Increases your life span
and many more! So Many!

Training & Qualifications


I have been meditating every day for over a year.
In this time I have experimented with over 12 different
meditation techniques, and have guided many friends
through their own meditations.

I have dedicated meditation twice a day for up to 20 minutes,
and I maintain a meditative state all through out the day.

Availability & Preferences


I'm usually free on Mondays and Tuesdays, or anytime before 2pm Pacific Time.
