Out of town adventures require a real life deposit on equipment which can be discussed privately.
Other than that I really don't mind jamming nearly anywhere as long as it doesn't interfere with work.

Have DJ for events with 700+ Person Attendance
I use Vinyl+Serato and have the capability to Spin Regulation 33 and 45 records without setup adjustment (literally hand me your Beegees vinyl and it will be "coming up next")
Setup time is within 1 hour (at most)
