Personal Physical Training

CrossFit Level 2 Training. Will provide you with a physical training program and guide you through it for a week. Will also provide you with a complimentary guide to nutrition.
After that you may follow along on your own or join one of my group classes. No commitment.
Training program consists of cardiovascular exercise, gymnastics or bodyweight movements, weightlifting exercises, and agility activities. Outdoor training is also included if athlete is comfortable with it. Trail running, obstacle courses, etc.
A training and nutrition log is recommended in an effort to keep better track of the athlete's progress. Optional body fat measurements offered throughout the progress of the training program. Personal training can be carried out at a athlete's home, public park or a fitness facility provided by Trainer.
Training & Qualifications
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, CroosFit Endurance, CrossFit Kids, Chinese Martial Arts Instructor (Wu Lin Institute), Law Enforcement Fitness Specialist (Cooper Institute).
Have taught at Texas A&M International University and Department of Homeland Security.
