I'll share some of my knowledge on dealing with people who are difficult, how to present yourself favorably and tell you what not to say when your trying to get something done.
Training & Qualifications
My job is to present employers with my clients who are disabled in hopes of obtaining employment. It's no easy task because no one is comfortable with disabled people. They focus in what might happen rather than what they are capable of. So I am required to change how they feel and open up thier tiny minds about how absolutely awesome they really are! My clients work harder than any other person I have ever seen. So I deal with difficult people all the time. I can teach you how to get that job you want.
